Miles Chiropractic, owned and operated by Dr. Bobby Miles and his wife Tiffany Miles, is conveniently located in Riley’s Courtyard (the old TSC location) on Highway 31E South. The office is open early at 7:00 AM Monday thru Friday to accommodate early birds or folks getting off the night shift. The office opens at 9:00 AM each Saturday.
Miles Chiropractic sees a wide variety of patients ranging from auto accidents to minor aches and pains. Friendly staff welcome new patients, where they will collect medical and insurance information. Once the intake process is complete, Dr. Miles will conduct a thorough exam and x-rays if needed. Dr. Miles will then review the results of the exam and x-rays and answer the questions the patient may have.
At this point, most patients are amazed at the amount of degeneration that has been taking place in his or her neck or back and they are excited about finally doing something about it. Typically, patients are then adjusted and advised about activities to improve their health. The entire process from start to finish should be pleasant and effective. The mission at Miles Chiropractic is simply to provide convenient and affordable care to as many people as possible. In short, we will break our backs to help yours.

Barren County does it again!
Barren County was ranked #5 in the southeast region of The Progressive Farmer’s Best Places To Live in Rural America choices appearing in the February 2008 issue of the magazine. Kent County, Maryland was the 2008 choice as the #1 Place To Live In Rural America and holds the #1 spot in the southeast region. The regional lists appear on Page 53 in the magazine.

The 2008 Top Ten List for the United States includes #1 Kent County, Maryland; #2 Ellis County, Kansas; #3 Livingston County, Missouri; #4 Obion County, Tennessee; #5 Columbia County, Pennsylvania; #6 Wexford County, Michigan; #7 Fayette County, Texas; #8 Coffee County, Alabama; #9 Gilchrist, Florida and #10, Laplata County, Colorado.

The Progressive Farmer compiles a list of rural counties based on the following criteria: home and land prices, crime rates, environment, education, economic factors, access to health care, and others. Counties are first ranked using a proprietary formula based on these statistics, then arranged again based on editorial opinion after the magazine staff travel to selected counties.
